WLS Alumni annual meeting

The members of WLS Alumni will hold their annual meeting on Monday, September 21, at 10:00 a.m. in the seminary chapel. All alumni are encouraged to attend.

WLS Alumni exists to support the mission of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary and to foster a venue of activity and fellowship for all graduates of our seminary. Other WELS pastors, i.e., non-WLS graduates, are also included and warmly invited to participate.

This year’s business meeting agenda will include such topics as: a summary of the giving circles, an update on the progress of the 150th anniversary book, and elections to the executive board and standing committees.

At this writing we have received $3,087.00 in response to our November mailing. Many brothers have made use of Thrivent’s Giving Plus program and have offered $867.50 in additional monies through these matching gifts. The Lord of the Church has been good to us in challenging times.
